Camshaft Triangle Plate Kit

The camshaft triangle plate hold the cam to the block. There is a bearing surface on the plate which wears over time, when this happens the camshaft can literally move back and forth. The triangle thrust plate should be replaced when rebuilding an engine the same as you would with any other bearing or thrust washer.
