Introducing the Swiftune Alternator with Floating Pulley technology.
Continuing their long running partnership with Powerlite, they have created an Alternator kit including a new revolutionary “floating pulley” system, exclusive to Swiftune.
The concept of this was to eliminate the possibility of the fan belt coming off in an over rev/miss-gear situation. The floating pulley self centralizes in situations when the fan belt can see excessive whip. As Swiftune, we use this alternator in all of our race engines because it's reliable and very successful in safeguarding the engine in over-rev situations.
The pulley comes standard in the alternator kit with brackets to suit A Series (non A+) engine.
